I will also walk through your home with you and provide suggestions on how to best showcase your home. These suggestions can range from decluttering, proper staging, and other strategies to make it appeal at the strongest level possible. This stage is very important as we want to ensure the best possible return.

Time To Go Live!

Let the showings begin! Your property, along with all marketing tools, will go live on the market. We will strategically choose the best day and time to optimize ultimate exposure. You will be notified of all showings, updates, and feedback. Once we receive a contract, you can have full confidence in expertise negotiating, communication, and guidance to execute a mutually agreed upon contract. From here, I will smoothly guide you to the closing table, handling and communicating all details along the way.
