Meet Brittney McNaney

Being born and raised in Colorado, my roots and connections in the Northern Colorado area run deep, and I have a great passion for the area. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in communications and a minor in business. Prior to embarking on my real estate career, I worked in the retail sales industry where I honed in my craft of attention to detail, customer service skills, building relationships, and commitment to excellence.

With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, including the property management world, I understand the true value of investing in real estate. I am passionate about serving my clients with the utmost respect, honesty, and communication, while setting and understanding clear expectations, ensuring that my clients have a high-class, professional experience. Partnering with me is more than a transaction, it is a relationship. With a broad horizon of experience, I serve a diverse clientele, ranging from first-time homebuyers, residential and commercial investors, new construction and development, as well as farm and ranch properties.

I now serve the sunny state of Arizona, as well. Spending an extended amount of time in Maricopa and Yavapai Counties, I have expanded my passion of serving clients to these areas. There is just something so special about assisting my clients in achieving their goal of a winter home investment. My experience and expertise go far beyond serving my snowbird clients and I have truly fallen in love with the people and the area. Outside of real estate, you can find me spending time with my precious daughter, Rylie, or competing in team roping events. I enjoy quality time with my family and friends and staying active.
